Alex Rodriguez’s wife Cynthia filed for divorce last year.
Cynthia, 35, claims the marriage is over because of Rodriguez’s extramarital affairs.
According to papers, Cynthia wants to be named primary residential parent with shared custody of their two children Natasha, 3, and Ella, 3 months. The couple own a six-bedroom home (priced at $12 million) in Coral Gables.
She is also seeking alimony.
Last year, Alex signed baseball’s highest contract — a 10-year, $275 million deal with the Yankees. Alex and Cynthia are said to have a prenuptial agreement, drawn up October 3, 2002, a month before they wed.
