Meet Erica Dates, the long time girlfriend of Chris Webber. Some online news sites reported Erica and Chris being married as of last year(2008). There have been no confirmations, but if this is true, congratulations to the couple.
Erica Dates is the President of a social program named the “Social Butterflies Mentoring Program”. The Social Butterflies Mentoring Program provides after school activities for at risk and low income girls. The program helps girls to build self-esteem and to complete their education by receiving mentoring from business leaders.

In the past, Webber has been linked to some famous celebrity women. To name a few, Webber dated actress Nia Long.
Chris dated model/talk show host Tyra Banks for three years.
Erica is a patient women with all that man she has to deal with.

So, this is how people try to defame others. It seems women have a lot of issues to overcome. This is why Erika is trying hard to help young girls to grow up with a sense of pride and confidence This is libel or slander and needs to be put in check. Erika is one of the sweetest, most loveliest woman I know. Her mother is very kind and sensitive. This is some kind of evil jealousy, cruelness that only evil can understand. The every reason her mother did not like going into Baltimore. She told me how cruel women were there. You need God in your life.
I know Erika. Tasha is talking about a period in her life when her father was living with a woman who had a son but they separated after a few years. Erika is an only child, and no one who really knows her would ever describe her as a “freak”. Wow, are you ever bitter for some reason. Why would you talk about AIDS, Wow…? She moved in with her father and his girlfriend, in that townhouse, in the seventh grade when her mother, who raised her alone since age five, was hurt in a car accident and had complications from the injuries. Her father later married another woman. Margo is actually talking about her stepmother. And yes, they own businesses together. Her mother was never MIA… She was always there. Who do you think you are. I do not understand why people like you assume you know someone for a few years and yet think you know it all. YOU know nothing. They have moved on… you should too because it sounds like you did not truly know her if you thought that was her brother and described her in such a heartless way. I know her well and your recall is all wrong.
Margo–I grew up with FREAK Erica. She didnt grow up wealthy. She gre up inRandallstown in a townhouse on Shoshone Way. Sout out to the old hood ! lol. and if I recall her brother was in jail most of our schol years and her mother was MIA . Her father was a struggling single parent. On the real though, she slept with a lot of guys in high school which probably prepared her for the big time hoe-ness that Chris Webber can appreciate. Hope he doesnt give her any diseases or vice versa. I think this is a case of a girl that wanted to marry her idea of “up” and she got it. BUT at what cost Erica ?! 2 freaks shouldnt be together. I know this girl from college – University of Maryland, after she went to Morgan U. for a year, was voted Queen, very smart, Chaired different committees, helped a lot of women by educating facts about AIDS. It makes sense she owns a program now that mentors young girls. And, folks she did not marry for money. She comes from a pretty wealthy family… her father is a doctor, and her mother owns businesses as well. I remember this girl as having it all but was so friendly and real. She hated wearing makeup and was still very lovely. You ladies do not know what you are talking about.
This woman is a natural beauty. Tyra is all smoke and mirror. Believe me.
