Anderson Silva is the UFC’s middleweight champion but moved up 20 pounds and brutalized Forrest Griffin, who just nine months ago was the light heavyweight title holder. Silva knocked Griffin down twice, offered a hand to help him up once and then promptly floored him again for good at 3:23 of the first round of UFC 101.

  1. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!…and i mean that WOW!!!

    I don’t even care for UFC matches, but that sho was entertaining….i like when he laid Forrest Griffin on the ground and Forrest was down thier kicking like a little crab while Anderson had his arms folded, and when Forrest got back up , Anderson popped him with one of the quickest jabs i ever seen in my life!!! great video!
