Actress Nia Long made a guest appearance on “The View” yesterday and gave a heartfelt thanks to Whoopi Goldberg for advice she gave her when the two co-starred together in ‘Made in America’ in 1993.
According to Long, Goldberg said she had a definite future as an actress, but needed to toughen up and develop a “second layer of skin.”
I learned that some people are not happy in themselves, but learn to portray otherwise in the media. I once served Nia Long. She was nasty, didn’t even look at me nor say “thank you.” I was and am not a groupie. I treat all people with the same courtesy, because I don’t look at labels. So I still wish her the best and may God bless her.
