Actress Gabriel Union tweeted some photos of her real natural hair yesterday at the hair salon.
Gabriel tweeted:
“All done…I’ve been reunited with my scalp…and it feels soooo good (peaches and herb voice) No weave, no relaxer, no hot comb…”

Since ABC announced on April 14 that it is cancelling “All My Children” and “One Life to Live,” Oprah Winfrey has been bombarded with phone calls and emails begging her to add the shows to her OWN network. However, Oprah has declined the offer. Oprah says she doesn’t think there’s money to be made on ABC’s soaps.

Movie mogul Tyler Perry sat down with HipHollywood and fired back at Spike Lee for his comments about the movie character Madea. Perry has been in a war of words with Lee for labeling his movie projects as “coonery” and “buffoonery.”
Perry said he doesn’t understand why a lot of the criticism aimed at him comes from fellow African-Americans. “I’ve never seen Jewish people attack Seinfeld and say, ‘This is a stereotype,'” he said. “I’ve never seen Italian people attack The Sopranos, I’ve never seen Jewish people complaining about Mrs. Doubtfire or Dustin Hoffman in Tootsie. I never saw it. It’s always black people.”
