Denzel Washington Delivers The Graduating Speech At The University Of Pennsylvania.
Actor Denzel Washington delivered a very inspirational graduation speech at the University of Pennsylvania’s 255th Commencement on Monday, May 16,2011.
Addressing about 5,000 graduates, Washington confessed he was a bit scared before giving his commencement speech.
The Oscar winning actor delivered a humorous speech, but also talked about failure. Instead of advising the graduates to have something to fall back on, Washington instead encouraged them to “fall forward, learn from their mistakes and keep going.” Denzel told the graduates: “If you don’t fail, you’re not even trying.”
At the ceremony, Washington also received an honorary doctorate.

Rapper Nicki Minaj surprised over 400 students at Chicago’s Collins Academy High School for the Get Schooled Foundation. Minaj presented scholarships, helped teach a freshman English class, and joined MTV’s Sway Calloway for an assembly to honor students and teachers.

Man Proposes To Girlfriend Thru Movie Trailer!
Check out this latest YouTube video that has the internet buzzing about a movie trailer marriage proposal filmed by a Georgia man named Matt for his girlfriend Ginny.
This is the story of Matt & Ginny:
Ginny went to see a movie with her brother. Before the feature movie, Ginny, along with the rest of the crowd, saw a movie trailer that began with two men talking. As a hidden camera caught her reaction, Ginny realized it was her own boyfriend Matt, asking her father for his permission to marry his daughter.
As the camera keeps rolling, we can see Ginny’s reaction as the trailer continues with Matt’s journey to the movie theater — driving in his car and stopping for popcorn at the concession stand. Matt then enters the theater, kneels down on one knee in-person, and asks his girlfriend Ginny to marry him.
The funny thing is, Ginny did not know that all of their closest family and friends were in the same theater watching the whole thing go down, along with about 100 strangers.
