Here we go again! Cincinnati Bengals player Adam “Pacman” Jones was arrested again last night for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest outside a local bar.
After he was released from the Hamilton County Justice Center early Sunday morning, Jones told WCPO Channel 9 that he wasn’t drunk, didn’t yell obscenities and didn’t resist arrest, as the police report contends. Jones said he had taken his wife (below) out for her birthday.
Here is how it all went down…. WCPO Channel 9 news reports:
Cincinnati police arrested Jones at 2:35 a.m. Sunday at the Scene bar at 639 Walnut Street. Jones, 27, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police said Jones was disorderly and shouting profanities inside the bar. He was escorted outside and asked to calm down but continued being disruptive, police said.
Police told Jones he was under arrest but he resisted, tightening his arms and pulling away.
Jones, wearing a neck brace following surgery for a football injury, said it wouldn’t make sense for him to resist arrest.
Here’s the video of Channel 9’s interview with Jones outside the Hamilton County Justice Center after he was released.
