On Monday, University of Kentucky star Terrence Jones kept a promise he made to deliver flowers to a Louisville cheerleader he ran over during a Final Four game last month.

During the Final Four game between Louisville and Kentucky, UK’s Terrence Jones crashed into UofL cheerleader Jerica Logue. Logue received four stitches on her head during the game. She returned a short time later to cheer on the Cards.

After the game, Jones said, “Tell her I’m sorry. I’ll drive down there and tell her myself with some flowers or something.”

He did just that.

On Monday night, Jones showed up at Louisville’s Cheer and Dance, flowers in hand for cheerleader Jerica Logue.
