Theballerlife.com has learned that a South Florida girl named, Nicole Muxo, asked Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade via a YouTube video to her senior prom.
Nicole said she invited Wade because he is her favorite basketball player and she thinks he’s a positive role model for a lot of people.
Wade told Nbcmiami.com that he wasn’t aware of the YouTube video in which a South Florida high schooler asked him to go to her senior prom.
“Well, I haven’t even seen it, but I’m flattered, I am,” Wade said Monday.
He said that he has been asked to proms many times.
Sporting a No. 3 Wade jersey in the video, Nicole Muxo makes her pitch to the NBA superstar.

Well, there is a pretty good chance, because Wade has always been known for interacting with the local community and giving back to those in need.
Back in December 2012, just days before Christmas, Wade made a surprise visit and delivered new furniture and presents to a family in need who lost everything in a house fire.
