Theballerlife.com has learned that actor/singer Tyrese Gibson has won his recent child support case against his ex-wife Norma Gibson (pictured above).

Last week Tyrese Gibson went to court to fight a child support increase requested by his ex-wife for their 5 year-old daughter Shayla.
According to TMZ, the request was denied after Tyrese produced receipts for a 300 person birthday party for Shayla, thousands of dollars in gifts and clothing, tuition for Shayla’s school and her nanny fees.
Tyrese’s ex-wife claims he’s an absentee dad and she deserves more support because he consistently blows off daddy duties — but he says the birthday bash proves otherwise.
Ultimately, a judge saw things Tyrese’s way — Norma’s child support increase was denied last week.
Back in 2009, Tyrese was ordered to pay Shayla’s mother a $65,000 lump sum and $6,222.00 a month.
