Rapper turned actor Bryshere Gray sat down ET’s Nischelle Turner and dished on what he did to prepare for his love scene with supermodel Naomi Campbell on the new hit FOX show “Empire.” On the show, Bryshere Gray’s character, rising hip-hop star Hakeem Lyon, hooks up with a woman twice his age played by Naomi Campbell.

1. Bryshere Y. Gray, also known as Yazz, is a 21-year-old rapper turned actor from Philadelphia, PA.
2. FOX’s “Empire” marks his first television appearance, as he portrays Hakeem Lyon.
3. Before starring on “Empire,” Bryshere was rapping and performed at several events including Jay-Z’s 2013 Man in America Festival, Sunoco’s Welcome America 4th of July Celebration, the Roots Picnic Festival, and he’s opened for rappers Fabolous and 2 Chainz in the past.
