During a recent episode on “The Real,” Adrienne opened up for the first time on why she called off her 7 month engagement to her long time boyfriend Lenny Santiago.
Bailon and Santiago, who is the Senior Vice President of Artist Management at the music company Roc Nation, started dating after she split from Rob Kardashian back in 2009.
