On Monday, the greatest NBA player of all-time Michael Jordan, issued a statement to ESPN’s “The Undefeated” in which he called for unity and compassion. In an effort to stimulate change, Jordan is donating two million dollars from his billion dollar empire to an police organization that looks to build bridges between police and the communities they protect, as well to the NAACP legal defense to help those who might otherwise be disadvantaged in getting a fair outcome from the justice system.
