Clara Walker, the woman whose ex-husband could face prison time for snooping through her e-mails is firing back at him.
Clara’s ex, Leon Walker, faces a charge of felony misuse of a computer. If convicted, Leon could face up to five years in prison.
Leon Walker, who is Clara Walker’s third husband, said he logged into her Gmail account last summer because he was worried about how his wife’s affair with another man — her second husband — was affecting their daughter.
Clara said in an exclusive interview with “Nightline’s” Bill Weir, “He violated my privacy. I was violated.” “It’s all about him right now… because he’s making it all about him. He forgot what he did.”

A Michigan husband is being charged with a felony for hacking into his now ex-wife’s email account.
Leon Walker, a 33-year-old computer technician from Rochester Hills, faces up to five years behind bars when he goes to trial Feb. 7. Walker was charged after his then wife, Clara Walker, discovered he had used her password to access her Gmail account.
Walker said he accessed his wife’s account because he suspected she was cheating on him. When he checked her account, he said he discovered e-mails that indicated she was having an affair with her second husband.
