After Griffin’s team (Baylor) qualified for a bowl game last season in October 2010, he got on his knees and popped the question to his girlfriend Rebecca of Boulder, Colorado.

Baylor University quarterback Robert Griffin III won this year’s 2011 Heisman Trophy, which is awarded to college football’s best player of the season. Griffin beat out Stanford’s preseason favorite Andrew Luck.

During last night’s episode of “The X-Factor,” 13-year-old Rachel Crow was voted off the singing competition show after judge Nicole Scherzinger purposely threw her vote to a tie and left the final decision to the American audience.
After hearing the results, Crow broke down crying and fell to the ground. Immediately, Crow was picked up off the floor by Simon Cowell and consoled by her mother, Paula Abdul and L.A. Reid.
