In a letter she submitted to The Huffington Post, Lozada apologizes for her destructive behavior on VH1’s Basketball Wives” show, reflects on issues of self-esteem and the effects of her upbringing on her behavior, and acknowledges her mistakes. She opens up about feeling “painfully small,” and recalls the days when she “drowned out the fighting and drama” in her house as a child.
