Meet R&B singer Tamia Washington Hill, wife of NBA star Grant Hill. Grant was introduced to Tamia by music diva Anita Baker in Detroit, Michigan.
The two married on July 24, 1999. They have two children Myla Grace Hill ( born 2002) and Lael Rose Hill( born 2007).
Tamia Hill is a six-time Grammy Award-nominated Canadian-American singer and producer. She is best known for her 2000 hit “Stranger In My House” and 2003 song “Into You”, sampling her 1998 song “So Into You”, from her debut album.
In March 2010, Tamia confirmed on her official Twitter page that she is working on her new album. As of November 8, 2010, Tamia told Kempire Radio she is “seven songs into the album. The album is presently untitled.
Tamia has been diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis. In an interview with Smooth magazine, Tamia reported that the disease is seemingly in remission and she has symptoms now and then but they are controlled.

Grant Henry Hill currently plays for the Phoenix Suns. As a college player with Duke University and early in his NBA career with the Detroit Pistons, Hill was considered one of the best all-around players in the game.
Grant Hill was drafted by the Detroit Pistons with the third pick in the NBA Draft after graduating from Duke in 1994.
