Rapper Lil Wayne has been released from prison after serving 8 months of his one-year sentence for attempted gun possession. Lil’ Wayne’s album “I Am Not A Human Being” went straight to the top of the Billboard charts when released last week while he was still incarcerated at New York’s Riker’s Island. Former U.S.A. Track and field star Marion Jones was once popularly known as the fastest woman on earth, but that charmed life changed when the former Olympian admitted she lied to federal investigators about using performance-enhancing substances. She also admitted lying about her involvement in a check fraud case.
After her guilty pleas, Jones was stripped of her medals and prizes and sent to jail for six months.
