Kobe Bryant Fined $100K For Anti-Gay Slur!

In the middle of Tuesday night’s game against the San Antonio Spurs, Kobe Bryant called referee Bennie Adams a “fu#king f–got.” The five-time NBA champion, Bryant, was fined $100,000 for the slur by the NBA commissioner. The NBA labeled Bryant’s slur as “inexcusable” homophobic language used against a referee.

“The comment that I made, even though it was not meant as what it’s perceived to be, is nonetheless wrong,” Bryant said on ESPN radio. Bryant told ESPN radio he’s appealing the fine, saying he was frustrated in the heat of a game.

NFL Star Tom Brady Gets Emotional When Talking About Getting Drafted In The 6th Round.

New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady taped a interview for a NFL draft documentary airing on ESPN talking about the day he was drafted to play in the NFL. During the interview, Tom teared up when talking about  getting picked in the 6th round of the 2000 NFL draft. Like most player, Tom thought he should have been drafted in the earlier rounds, but that did not happen.

Jennifer Hudson Performs “Don’t Look Down” & “Feeling Good” On ‘Dancing With The Stars.’

Jennifer Hudson performed her new song “Don’t Look Down” and “Felling Good” live on last night’s “Dancing With The Stars” results show. Hudson, who rocked an elegant purple gown on stage, was backed by the 46 piece orchestra.

Hudson is currently promoting her second studio album, ‘I Remember Me,’ which hit the stores on March 22nd, 2011. Hudson’s album debuted at number-two on the Billboard 200, selling 165,000 in its first week of release.

Is “Your Baby Can Read” Program A Scam?

Consumer watchdog group, “Campaign For a Commercial-Free Childhood,” is calling on the Federal Trade Commission to investigate the “false and misleading claims” behind the controversial product for infants, “Your Baby Can Read.”

“It’s deceptive, and it’s really harmful. Parents are shelling out all this money for something that is basically snakeoil,” said Susan Linn, executive director of the “Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood.” We were just so pleased that the TODAY show took this on. It’s the first expose we’ve seen about this product.”

Sugar Ray Leonard Gets Voted Off “DWTS”

Last night, Sugar Ray Leonard and his partner Anna were eliminated from the “Dancing With The Stars” competition. The former boxing legend is the third contestant to get the boot from the show.

Leonard follows radio personality Mike Catherwood and talk show host Wendy Williams. Eventhough they were eliminated, his dance partner Anna Trebunskaya was still in awe of his progress. Even the judges were surprised over Sugar Ray’s elimination.
