R&B singer Beyonce is teaming up First Lady Michelle Obama to tackle childhood obesity and promote the benefits of healthy eating and exercise.

Beyonce re-wrote and re-recorded her song “Get Me Bodied” for a dance/exercise routine video titled “Let’s Move! Flash Workout” that will be distributed to participating schools.

Gloria James Booking Video Released By Police

As you probably already know, Lebron James’ mother Gloria James was taken into custody on Thursday morning in Miami beach for slapping a parking attendant in the face.

Today, Miami authorities have released the video of Gloria being booked at the Miami beach police department. The surveillance video, which does not have audio, shows Gloria handcuffed and exchanging a few words with officers.

According to the police report, Gloria stated, “I’m trying to trust you but I don’t trust your kind. I don’t trust that officer who arrested me.”

BET’s CEO Debra Lee Talks Banning Artists’ Risque Videos & Improving The Network.

BET’s Chairman and CEO, Debra Lee, sat down with FOX Business Network’s Gerri Willis and discussed the changes BET has made in improving the quality of shows they will broadcast on the network.

Lee says,“We’ve gotten more strict on what we allow on air. We used to live by broadcast standards, but as the hip hop industry got a little more risqué we had actually had to bring that back some and say just because it can be on the air doesn’t mean it has to be on the air.”

“As we worked on our brand and where I wanted to take the network, I started to say no to a lot of artists. I said no to Kanye [West] and to Ciara,” Lee adds.
