Applebee’s Serves Toddler Alcoholic Drink
A 15-month-old toddler was mistakenly given a small amount of alcohol at a Michigan Applebee’s restaurant.
Madison Heights police tell The Detroit News the drink mislabeled as apple juice was actually a leftover mixed drink combination. The child’s mother, Taylor Dill-Reese, ordered her son a kid’s meal and asked for apple juice as the beverage Friday afternoon. Dill-Reese says, “He dozed off a little bit and woke up and got real happy.”
