So how did it all go down?
Quiana showed up for a major photo shoot she thought was for a Neiman Marcus advertising campaign, but instead Dr. Pinckney unexpectedly crashed the set in his work scrubs and asked her to marry him.
The beauty in it all..was that Quiana had no clue that her boyfriend set up the entire thing!
