Army Staff Sergeant Terry Achane, the father who recently won custody of his 2-year-old daughter after his wife secretly put her up for adoption, sat down with CNN anchor Anderson Cooper to talk about the highly publicized custody case.
Even though a Utah judge has ruled that the adoptive parents (Jared and Kristi Frei) must hand the child over to him within 60 days, the couple is filing an appeal, hoping to keep Achane’s daughter.
