Remember the story we posted yesterday about NFL star Greg hardy getting arrested for domestic violence for assaulting his girlfriend Nicole Holder, (click here if you missed it) well new details have been revealed about the incident.

Nicole Holder says in court documents that a “short-lived” relationship with rapper/entertainer Nelly led to the domestic violence incident involving Carolina Panthers defensive end Greg Hardy.
According to court documents filed on Thursday, Holder said Hardy “has been angry for a while” because of the relationship she had with Nelly, a part-owner of the NBA’s Charlotte Bobcats.
“The victim advised the defendant has been very upset about this since March and often becomes suddenly very angry,” the documents read.
Holder is a waitress at an EpiCentre nightclub and says she and Hardy broke up in March. During that break up she says she began seeing Nelly. Holder and Hardy eventually got back together but Hardy just couldn’t get over it.
Holder said Hardy went out drinking with his friends before returning late Monday night. She says she was lying in bed with Hardy when “he just snapped.”
