Actress Lynn Whitfield stopped by the studio of HLN’s “Weekend Express” yesterday and talked about starring in the new play, “My Brother Marvin,” which is based on the life of the late Motown legend Marvin Gaye.
In the play, Whitfield plays Gaye’s mother Alberta, during the crucial time when his life was cut short just one day before his 45th birthday– when he was shot and killed by his own father.
