Beyonce Surprises Local Residents At A New Jersey Neighborhood Block Party!

Beyonce surprised some residents of  New Jersey this past weekend — when she surprised and joined some of the locals in a line dance at a neighborhood block party! Word is, Beyonce and Jay-Z were probably visiting Jay’s mother, who lives nearby — and when Beyonce heard the music, she decided to crash the party.
