First Lady Obama Does The “Dougie” With Students During Her “Let’s Move” Workout!

First Lady Michelle Obama made a surprise visit to Alice Deal Middle School in Washington D.C. to join students in a Lets Move! Flash Workout.

The first lady led by example dancing with students with a series of moves, from doing the “Running Man” to the newest dance, the “Dougie.”

Over 600 schools across the country participated in similar workouts at the same time. First Lady Obama launched the “Let’s Move” campaign in early 2010 to fight childhood obesity .
