Former NFL player Napoleon Harris stopped by the studio of “Good Day Chicago” to talk about his current plans to run for the Illinois Senate seat in the 15th District.
Harris, 32, who also owns and operates two “Beggars Pizza” chains, said that he wants to use his entrepreneur skills and experience to help bring jobs back to the local community as senator.
Napoleon married his high school friend Nicole Bunton-Harris back in June 2006.
The couple has one son, Napoleon Harris IV (born February 23, 2008).
During his seven year stint in the NFL, Harris played for the Oakland Raiders, Minnesota Vikings and Kansas City Chiefs.
