Meet Tiffany Graves, girlfriend of NBA star Mario Chalmers. The couple has been together for 3 years. The two were spotted together this past Sunday (1-15-12) at Dwyane Wade’s 30th birthday party at the Setai Hotel in South Beach, Miami.

Tiffany Graves, 23, might look quite familiar to you, because she appeared on season 6 of  BET’s “College Hill South Beach” show back in 2009.

Graves is an African-American and Puerto Rican model from Miami. She is a graduate of Florida Memorial University. Tiffany majored in biology and maintained a 3.0 GPA even through becoming a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Graves also has hopes of going to dental school in the near future..

Tiffany wrote on her Model Mayhem profile:

“I was on the show College Hill South Beach on BET. After the show was over I realized that I wanted to model. I’ve done some music videos, but I haven’t really worked to much because I was finishing school, and now that I’m done I’m ready to get serious.”

Mario Chalmers currently plays for the Miami Heat. He was selected 34th overall in the 2008 NBA Draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves.

On June 26, 2008, Chalmers’ draft rights were acquired by the Miami Heat. On July 9, 2008, he was signed by the HEAT. On December 9, 2011, he was resigned by the team.

Chalmers played for the University of Kansas in college for three seasons, including the 2007–08 national championship team, hitting a dramatic three-pointer with 2.1 seconds left in regulation to send the game against the Memphis Tigers into overtime, with Kansas eventually winning the game.
