Earlier this week, SWV’s Tamara “Taj” George spoke out about her husband Eddie George being a passenger in the car of 21-year-old pro golfer Rachel Connor when she was arrested for DUI at 2:00 in the morning.
During a radio interview with Philadelphia radio personality “Muthaknows,” Taj set the record straight in profanity laced rant defending her former NFL hubby and slamming all the haters who automatically speculated that he was cheating on her without knowing all the facts.
So why was her husband Eddie George riding in the car with an intoxicated 21-year-old blonde woman at 2am?
First off, Taj revealed that they know her! Rachel is a close family friend and Eddie was simply given a ride home from a charity event. And in Rachel’s defense Taj said,
“It was a charity event. What party do you know ends at 9? None. It was nothing going on. The bottom line is this…. we obviously have arrived because we have been a topic on everybody’s little blog lately and all I’m saying is, at least get it right.”
She added, “There are people who really wanna see you fail but you can’t put down a feather….I’m floating.”(Source)
