Theballerlife.com has learned that NFL super-star Calvin Johnson popped the big question to his long time girlfriend Brittney McNorton earlier this week while in Baltimore for the “Ed Block Courage Awards.”
Calvin fiancee, Brittney McNorton, who works as a promotions manager for the NFL’s Detroit Lions front office, told the Baltimore Sun that Johnson proposed to her along Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
Johnson said, “It’s been a very enjoyable, very memorable trip out here in Baltimore – for many reasons.”
Asked why he decided to pop the question in Baltimore, Johnson said, “The situation was just right, just happened to be right, we were on vacation, so why not?”
