Actor, rapper and entrepreneur Akon and DJ HardWerk stopped by the studio of “My Fox New York” and talked about how they have teamed up to create music and change lives in Africa by pair along with Shell Oil company to build a solar powered soccer field, the first of its kind in the world. This smart energy option is just one of several projects the musicians hope will improve life for the poor of Africa….including bringing electricity to 600 million people in the country!
