TheBallerLife.com has learned that former NBA player and coach Sean Rooks likely died from heart disease or other natural causes when he collapsed in a Philadelphia restaurant Tuesday, according to a preliminary autopsy report performed Wednesday by the Philadelphia Medical Examiner’s Office.
Rooks, 46, died suddenly Tuesday at a Philadelphia restaurant, just hours after he had interviewed for an assistant coach position with the New York Knicks.

The late Rooks left behind his ex-wife Susanne O’Brien Rooks, and his 2 children, a daughter and a son named Kameron, who is a 7-foot, 250 pound center for the University of California Golden Bears men’s basketball team. (See photo below)
