NFL star Albert Haynesworth was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor s*xual abuse for allegedly fondling a waitress’ breast at a Washington hotel.
Prosecutors offered Haynesworth a plea deal to simple assault, but his lawyer told the Associated Press that his client is prepared to fight the case.
According to court documents, Haynesworth slid his credit card into the bra of a waitress and fondled her breast while her hands were full of dishes.
According to court documents, the waitress “looked up and down at herself, as if wondering where (Haynesworth) expected her to put (the card),” when he slid the card down the center of her bra and began touching her breast. He said something to the effect of “Can I do that?,” the documents state.
Per the report, a witness said it looked like the waitress submitted to it at first but then grew angry. In addition, Haynesworth’s credit card was denied for a charge of $800.
“I didn’t touch her,” Haynesworth told a security official, according to documents. He also explained that he doesn’t “even like black girls.”
“I know what this is about, she is just upset I have a white girlfriend,” Haynesworth reportedly told detectives. “I couldn’t tell you the last time I dated a black girl. She was trying to get with me,” added Haynesworth.
Albert Haynesworth currently plays for the Washington Redskins. He signed a seven-year, $100 million contract with the Washington Redskins in February 2009.
In 2010, Silvia Mena (below), a stripper from New York, claimed in a $10 million lawsuit that Haynesworth impregnated her and left her with no financial assistance.
Ya, I totally agree with Albert. Black women aren’t very feminine, they’re kindof like halfway between a man and a white/asian woman, that’s not very sexy. They’re also loud, pretty ugly, not graceful etc. Black women possess the same qualities that supposedly make black men attactive (muscular, loud/ always want to be the center of attention, looking masculine, abrasive/in your face,overly confident) but those traits just doesn’t work for a woman like it does a man. Fat black women also always think they’re sexy for some reason when they really look disgusting. I feel bad for black women, the best they can hope for is the occasional charity bang.

It upsets me when men say that they don’t like black girls. Not all black women are the same and it’s not fair to lump them all together. I once heard that all athletics are assholes and whores. Does that mean that every player in the NFL is that way? Absolutely not! Albert is an asshole. As an african american woman, I date whomever brings me peace and joy in my life no matter what color. I guess I have more sense that Albert.
I guess he didn’t like his Mexican girlfriend very much either because he doesn’t want to take care of his child. If he makes so much money why was his card declined. People there’s a reason why he doesn’t date black women it’s easier for him to be his real self. Thank god he doesn’t want to put black women through his mess.

This “assinine” just admitted to having a deep self-loathing for his mother’s color, heritage, and all of the past ancestors responsible for who he is today. How sad to see a brother lost in the wilderness…

This male is foolish if he thinks that not liking black women is a defense against this lawsuit. If you do not like black women that makes it easier for you to disrespect and degrade them. I wonder how the black women in his family feel about his assinine statement. Clearly, this guy has some issues.
