BET founder and first black billionaire Robert Johnson speaks with CNN about his new jobs plan called the “RLJ Rule,” which is asking American companies to interview two black candidates for every open senior position.

Johnson also gives his opinion on President Obama’s current jobs plan and the possibility of Republican Herman Cain becoming president.
