Lenny Kravitz Speaks On Growing Up With Racism And His Mother Actress Roxie Roker!

During an interview with CNN’s Piers Morgan, singer-songwriter Lenny Kravitz talked about racism and growing up with biracial parents.

Kravitz’s mother, the late actress Roxie Roker (below), is best known for her character Helen Willis in the 1970s hit television sitcom “The Jeffersons.”

In 1974, the Kravitz family relocated to Los Angeles when Kravitz’s mother landed her role on The Jeffersons. In 1995, kravitz’s mother Roxie Roker died of breast cancer.
