Theballerlife.com just heard that actor Rockmond Dunbar got engaged to his girlfriend/fellow actress Maya Gilbert in Jamaica on New Year’s Eve.

The happy couple have been dating just over a year. Gilbert, a native of Ohio, is one of the ex-girlfriends of actor/comedian Eddie Murphy.
The 30-something star of ‘S*x Chronicles’ began dating Dunbar, 39, after his ex-wife ran off with NFL legend Deion Sanders. (It is typical of male celebrities to value their woman based on who she has slept with in the past.)
After divorcing his wife, Dunbar reportedly said: “I deserve a partner who’s going to be my partner 100 percent of the time.”
