Dr. Misee Harris chatted with HLN’s “Showbiz Tonight” recently about a Facebook campaign she launched to become the first “black bachelorette” on ABC’s hit reality show, “The Bachelorette,” which has never ever casted a woman of color during it’s 25 seasons on the air.
During the interview, Dr. Harris also explains why she turned down a spot as a contestant on “The Bachelor” and instead wanted to be the one handing out the roses on “The Bachelorette.”
Dr. Harris is a pediatric dentist turned model/actress from Columbia, Tennessee.
