Meet Katia Jackson, wife of famous criminal defense attorney and TV legal analyst Joey Jackson.
Joey and Katia have been married for 16 years, and are still very much in love as the first day he saw her on the elevator and said to himself….”I’m going to marry this girl.”
The couple resides in New York with their two sons.

Katia Jackson is a certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor and licensed Zumba® Fitness instructor in Deer Park, New York.
Katia started dancing at the early age of five: ballet, modern dance, African and Haitian Folklore are among some of the dances she studied.
Her love of fitness and passion for dance are the perfect combination for providing her students/clients with an EXHILARATING Zumba® Fitness experience.

Joey Jackson is a nationally-recognized New York City Defense Attorney and HLN Legal Analyst.
He has appeared on numerous Television shows such as Fox, CNN, and HLN.
He can now be seen daily on In Session (TRUTV) as a Legal Analyst/ Contributor wherein he commentates on the latest high profile crime cases.
Mr. Jackson attended Hofstra Law School. While in law school, he served as editor for the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal and a member of the National Moot Court and National Trial teams.
Prior to Law School, he earned his M.P.A. from SUNY Albany’s Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy. While earning his Master’s Degree, he worked for the N.Y.S. Assembly Speaker as a Legislative Analyst. He also holds a B.A. from SUNY Brockport, where he participated in the honors program, directed the student-run Legal Information Service, served as student body president, and interned with the N.Y.S. Education Department as well as Congressman Charles B. Rangel (D-NY) in Washington, D.C. He also worked for the N.Y.C. Mayor’s Office in the Division of Special Projects.
Mr. Jackson is also a professor at Monroe College where he teaches Business Law.
