Theballerlife.com has learned that NFL star Hakeem Nicks and Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Ariel Meredith are now engaged.

This past Saturday, the day after her 28th birthday, Meredith tweeted a photo of the engagement ring with a caption saying “Mrs. Nicks to be!”
Ariel Meredith, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, is a highly sought after model who has appeared in the 2009, 2012, 2013 and 2014 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues.
Nicks, who played for the New York Giants from 2009-2013, signed a one-year -$5.5 million deal with the Indianapolis Colts last March.
