TheBallerLife.com has learned that former MLB all-star player Tony Gwynn’s family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the tobacco industry in San Diego Superior Court on Monday. Gwynn’s family is seeking unspecified damages in the wake of his 2014 death at age 54 from salivary gland cancer, a condition caused in large part by his 31 years using smokeless tobacco….often called “dip.”
