NFL Hall of Famer Warren Sapp, age 44, announced Tuesday that when he dies he will donate his brain to the Concussion Legacy Foundation because he is starting to suffer from memory loss due to his long football career.

In a video posted on The Players’ Tribune, Sapp said he made the announcement because “I wanted this game to be better when I left than when I got into it.”
