Retired NBA star Hubert Davis sat down with Tamara Lackey in the reDefine studio and discussed playing 12 years in the NBA, what the NBA is like from the “inside”, how he currently works on the road as an ESPN Analyst 6 months out of the year and manages time with his family, his serious obsession with shoes and how his relationship with his wife has changed and strengthened over the years.

Hubert Davis played for several teams in the NBA from 1992–2004. He was selected by the New York Knicks as the 20th overall pick in the 1992 NBA Draft.
Davis played his final NBA game in 2004. Starting in 2008, Davis began working for ESPN as a college basketball analyst.
