Meet Dantia Slack Avril, wife of NFL star Cliff Avril.
Cliff and Dantia met while students at Purdue University. The couple married on May 10th, 2014 on the beautiful Paradise Island in The Bahamas.
They currently reside in Seattle, Washington with their son, born in 2011.
Dantia Avril is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 2008. She is the treasurer of a non-profit organization that Cliff founded – Cliff Avril Family Foundation.
Cliff Avril currently plays defensive end for the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks. He played college football for the Purdue University Boilermakers. He was drafted in the 3rd round, 92nd overall by the Detroit Lions in the 2008 NFL Draft, and played for them from 2008 to 2013.
