Reverend Al Sharpton, who is the host of MSNBC’s “Politics Nation,” invited movie mogul Tyler Perry to his talk show to honor his work and talk about his successful business empire.
The civil rights leader lashed out at Perry’s black haters, and thanked him for creating jobs for many black actors who have been ignored by main stream Hollywood.

How upsetting it is that here we have a man that does give black people jobs. Not only does he give the same black people jobs, but doesn’t reach out to other black people, such as myself and others, but he hires a woman that got famous off of doing a sex tape but sleeping with everybody in the world. Not only is she not a role model, she didn’t apologize for what she did and she shows no remorse. I have no respect for someone who is trying to portray something she’s not, which is innocent, sincere and setting an example. All of these things should show Tyler Perry why she shouldn’t be in any of his movies. She didn’t earn the right to be. Out of all of what Tyler Perry has been through you would think that he would know this. It’s disappointing he’s taking ratings and taking money over morals and respect for his fans and the people that know and love him. He should know by now there’s a time and place for everybody. Kim Kardashian does not belong in Tyler Perry movies; that is not her place. Because of this he’s lost two fans. Don’t be a hypocrite and don’t forget how you got started. Because if you don’t watch yourself the same way you got started is the same you can finish.
