Stanford Law Professor Ralph Richard Blanks, the author of the new controversial book, “Is Marriage for White People?,” tells ABC News that single black females should find husbands outside their race.
Contrary to his book, Banks is married to Jennifer Eberhardt (below), a black woman, who also works at Stanford University as a social psychology professor.
Banks attended elementary school with his wife Eberhardt in the inner-city of Cleveland and says she is “the most brilliant and beautiful woman I have ever met.”
Banks say, “It’s a good thing to get married, I think, if you find someone you want to be with. I did find that person,” Banks said.
So if Bank’s wife is married to a successful black man, why he is telling other black woman to look outside their race?

They should date outside of their race, because mostly non black women are with black men and they haven’t left black women any men. Most black men (well men in general) don’t want a black woman. Black men would much rather to be with a hispanic / latina or middle eastern or Asian woman before he’d waste his time on an angry black girl.
Beth, you’re a fucking moron.
That’s easier said than done. MOST non-Black males think Black women are hideous and repulsive. (GEt them drubk and you’ll get to the heart of the matter. Weed also is a truth serum as it were. LOL!) I see where he’s coming from, but he apparently doesn’t understand men that well. Looks are EVERYTHING to men. It is easier for Asian and Hispanic women to marry outside of their race because most of them have lighter skin. Lost of research done on this, so it’s not so much a race thing as it is a lighter skin thing.
I gave up on men of all races in high school. Best decision I ever made. Never had my heart broken or otherwise played, as it were. As my father always used to tell me, “You can’t be played if you don’t play.” Words to live by.
Enjoy your life. You only get one. And in the immortal words of Steve Jobs:
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.”
