During a Q&A session before Jakes motivational message, he offered some words of wisdom and encouragement for a woman named Keisha, who is having a difficult time raising her nephew.
Bishop T.D. Jakes says many people are put into situations where what is required of them has never been given to them. Keisha says she didn’t grow up in a loving home but is now raising her incarcerated brother’s young son on her own.
